The Chavy Benidorm TV Soap!!

Yes I think we all know that Benidorm is the Spanish equivelant of Blackpool!!

This 'Chav' Tv soap is just 'Rubbing' it in even more!!

I don't know what the Alicante/Benidorm Tourist Information would say about the program.Lol!!

20 years on and Benidorm has not changed as this soap advertises it!!

Pure Drivel.

Have just watched the repeat on ITV2 - it is a place I would never like to go, but the show is pure entertainment.

Byalphaindia, you really need to get out more!

BENIDORM fabulous where else can you fly for just 2hrs and have lovely weather this time of year, my parents who are in their 60's are there at the moment. Lovely flat promenade to walk along, beach cleaned every morning, full english cooked breakfast for 1.5 euros, different entertainment every night 2 pints or shorts for 3 euros and dont forget the lovely chinese opposite the Ambassador for 5 euros 3 courses and half a bottle of wine.:j
In these depressing times what would i sooner watch the news with more soldiers being killed in afghanistan, how much debt Great Britain is in, how many people are being killed or killing themselves due to the feral youth of today, give me a good laugh any day.
Dont forget MR THOMSONS its these CHAVS that keep us in jobs, how many times a day do airlines fly into Alicante, they cant all be chavs.
Oh just thought id mention sold a week in beni yesterday to a lady (not a chav) and her family whos going to stay in the sol pelicanos (the hotel benidorms filmed in) her other choice was cyprus n beni won.

Why go to miserable Blackpool ? As for the food, that is why lots of British people go there because they are catered for, they are not sitting in some tatty chip shop, and getting ripped off. Also If they want Spanish food they can get it

    he he...................

So they pay all that money to travel to get british food?
Its like flying to Europe to do your weekly shop..!!
Can you really get spanish food there?
I must add,I have nothing against Benidorm.
Though I don't particularly like blackpool,I just quoted that as an example.

Last time I was there you could get Spanish food. That was 25 years ago though.

Personally I would not go there myself now.
  • I have been to benidorm myself many times and I don't consider it to be anything like blackpool. Infact I'm not a fan of blackpool at all. My husband is a fussy eater so being able to get British food is a bonus for our holiday but if I wanted spanish food I could get it. I think it all depends on what you want from a holiday.

In regards to the tv programme I love that too its cheesy humour and laughable for all ages.
