I am not trying to convince you to change your beliefs, I'm just saying that you may not care others certainly do, I am proud my father's name is on my BC and I carry the same name as a Grandparent.
I suppose Cellmark or such like, have diminshed the 'value' of a birth certificate

In school up here the kids aren't allowed to make fathers day cards so it probably isn't that far off your idea.Let me post it again
