Holy Clothing's range is gorgeous, well made and goes up to a 5X which is about dress size 36 I believe.
I have three knee length embroidered rayon dresses that I wear with skirts and jeans, at least six velvet blouses, four full length skirts and five rayon tops. They are very well made and have kept me out of that hell-hole Evans for years!

I would recommend Holy Clothing too - I have two long sundresses and a short sleeved dress from them. Great quality and quick delivery, especially considering they come from India.
The colours are so vibrant - I have the purple and orange sundresses - that they always get favourable comments. My only complaint was that the short sleeved dress was very long and I had to get it taken up - I'm 5'5", so not exactly short!¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?

Hi everyone,
I am usually just a lurker on this site but i felt the need to say a big thankyou for this thread, i am a size 22, 24 or 26 depending on what i am buying and where from and usually buy my jeans from new look @ £12 per pair and my tops from evans. i had been getting very bored with evans and being fairly young find alot of their clothes to be too 'old' for me (no offence to anyone that buys from there).
i am so glad i came across this thread and discovered the 'yours' website, i have already bought so many tops from there that i love and alot cheaper than evans too, their size 22-24 fits me perfectly and i am now the proud owner of many fashionable tops.
Once again a big thankyou to all of you
I would also like to point out that while i dont blame my size on my medical problems i do have PCOS and an underactive thyroid which dont help towards weight loss at all.

Does anyone else have problems checking out on the Holy Clothing website? I can add things to basket in Firefox, but can only reach check out by switching to IE. I can't register for express checkout in IE - the session times out every time I click the submit button.
I finally managed to buy two beautiful dresses and a skirt this morning after days of trying! Can't wait for them to arrive ...Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -

Has anyone tried "Not your daughter jeans". Supposed to be able to buy at least a size smaller and they say they are really comfy. Come with a hefty price tag so was wondering if anyone had any thoughts/experience of them.Jan Grocery challenge

I have 3 pairs of these now, which I bought in the USA while on various trips. They are an American brand, so beware they come in American sizes. They sell them in Nordstrom, if anyone is going across the pond, they are much cheaper there. You can also pick them up on ebay sometimes, from US sellers, but you really need to be very careful with the sizing if you do this. In UK boutiques they start at around £100 a pair!
They are very comfy. They're good quality and made of very stretchy denim and so hold you in, like anything else with a high lycra content. I think the idea that you can look a size or two smaller is over hyped personally, but they are cut for the figure of the more mature woman, with a high 'rise', and fit very nicely. I always find they are miles too long and have to be shortened.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -
