I'm advising not to use 1647. I just got a bill for £200 for VAt etc on a £400 order from TNT - their website advises to contact them if TNT want duty as it is paid, but 3 emails later I have no response and a big bill which I'll need to pay or get a default on my credit record :-(
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.

I said somewhere else that I find them really dodgy. Regardless of their connection to Dawn French, their website, their practices and the address (run down area in east london, office above a shop, look it up on google street view...) all look dodgy.
I had problems with them as well about the very poor quality of the clothes and inaccurate description....
  • Ann Harvey is no longer in Frasers in Glasgow just in case anyone planned to go in and look. Used to like going in there on blue cross days and getting 20% off. Ann Harvey shop does that occasionally but my local concession never have the extra off they always opt out the blue cross.
