I need help!
I'd like an under-wired swimdress size 24 or tankini size 22 - I've tried all the regular sites but can't find anything. Any ideas please?
32 days til my holiday
Bon Marche have good ones and good prices.

Hello all :hello: I posted a "grabbit" earlier - Very.co.uk have an extra 24% off sale items. But I thought I'd pop here too to let you all know! Here's a link to the "plus" sizes http://www.very.co.uk/women/e/b/1589,22219/promo/view-all-clothing-and-footwear-sale.end?sort=price,1 (hopefully it'll work!) and they also have some extra wide fit boots in the sale http://www.very.co.uk/e/q/wide-fit-boots.end?sort=price,1. I'm trying to resist, but finding it quite difficult!0

Sound a great tankini top at BHS, good support and quiet long in the body:

Has anyone found a way of shopping at Bomprix that is not just a waste of time?
I've been trying to buy some joggers, hoodies, t shirts etc to wear at the gym, but there doesn't seem to be any way of filtering items that are actually available in your size.
Out of perhaps 50 variations of items/colours there are only a few boring ones actually available, every time I check I have to look at every single item to see if it's available in my size. There is nothing worse than seeing lots of things you like that are made in your size, but all out of stock. Listing stuff under your size which is mostly out of stock, permanently, seems rather taking the pixel in my opinion.
Anyone found a way round it?0 -
Just popping in to say that Lidl have some plus size casual clothing in at the moment. Goes up to a 26/28. Was in stores today, so snap it up quickly if you want some. There's cropped and full length black leggings (£3.99), long t shirts in red or black (£3.99), vest top twin packs in black/green or yellow/red (£4.99) and also control underwear.

I've bought the vest tops, long t shirt and one of each of the leggings. All decent enough quality, but the cropped leggings seem to come up quite small and I don't think they fitted that well on me, so I'll return those. The long top was a bit snug on my tummy, but that is a problem area for me and as I'm working in reducing that (less hot cross buns!) I'm still keeping the top to wear in the gym soon.
Also, I noticed on the asda website that they have a new plus size range called Threads. I've not seen that before and it does seem quite expensive for supermarket clothing, but some nice looking pieces. Love the kimono jacket, so will keep eyes out for sales.
Hope you've all had a lovely Easter weekend.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Hi Ruth - bought the long black tshirt and pack of vests. The vests weren't too bad (bit clingy) but the long tshirt was way too clingy and showed every lump and bump so I have returned that. Pity as I think the fabric feels lovely and it was a good long length.

Not just my belly, then?
Can't go up a size or two because I'm already buying the biggest. But it's only for gym wear and I'll wait til I'm a bit smaller before wearing it. Current gym tops are looking a bit tired but will last a while longer. Well done for braving SW tonight, btw. :TCross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: no Ruth don't worry its not just your belly - it was my belly hips and bum (worst areas) and it really accentuated them. Vests were better as they werent quite as long. Was wondering what the control underwear things are like?? For the price I might give a pair a go.

Yep, lost 4 stone and I don't think any has come off my hips and tum!
Forgot to look for the control undies when I was there. Ended up finding a cycle basket which I took a fancy to and had to do some first class packing to squeeze everything in the rucksack to get it home on the (motor)bike. Best thing I was taught by my mum-how to pack! :rotfl: More useful than cooking.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27
