Large Plus Size Clothing

I've just bought some plus sized tights from pamelamann.co.uk/.
Never used that site before (paypal is available), never tried their tights before, and I'm a bit dubious about the sizing of 20-26 as to whether up the top level of 26 if they're big enough.
But they seem to have quite a few pairs of patterned, and picture tights (comic book) as well as footless 120 den tights at what seems to be a decent price.
I usually hit yours clothing when they have nice ones reduced, but they only have plain boring ones currently, and need some more pairs so figure this place was worth a go. Will let people know when my order arrives.
Plus side is the postage is extremely decent, 1.80 for 4 pairs, and this might be a flat rate.
tried some of their tights ages ago, bought on ebay though, and the size was rather small, let us know what you think0 -
I like M&S for my tights. I'm a size 24 (and an odd shaped 24 with that due to my hysterectomy scar) but their XL are a decent fit and not a bad price either.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200

Way back in school when I had to wear plain tights I used to get the M&S ones in green, they were big, but also good quality. Now I don't do plain tights. Only wear patterned when i rarely do wear tights. Patterned are dodgy because if they're not true plus size you end up with way stretched out patterns on the fatter bits of legs, so calves, and if you dare to show above the knee, on the thighs.
The pamelamann ones arrived today and I've tried them. They are pushing it at a 26, but it's such a gap between 20-26. I can wear them, but they're a bit low in the body so don't cover all the belly and bum. However I wear long pants over them to stop static and such, so they wont fall down. The footless 120 denier ones were 28-32, and I'd say on that aspect someone who was 32 would probably suffer, the ankle (bottom) parts doesn't go overly wide so could be uncomfortable with being too tight. They give a lovely sheeny coverage, and I could potentially wear them over the heel as the length is definitely there, where as the patterned the length is lacking. 5'7ish and i would've liked a bit more length.
Both pairs feel really quite nice to wear though. The pattern seems to work, and not look oddly stretched out, so will keep these ones I bought, but as a replacement I'd go next size up. The patterned ones don't come across as the most expensively made pair however, the top easily curled over after one try on and take off straight away, and it doesn't feel finished off like the yours ones I have currently.0 -
You could try everything £5 they have a plus size section, but the postage is in weight, so not sure how it would work out, if anybody has used them, let me knowLose 28lb 3/28lb

Both of these are common complaints, which are easily solved by reading what you're paying for. You can easily see that yours pre-charge a returns sticker thing upon checking out. And the question of next opening accounts is because people just don't read/check the screen. Sorry but both are very obvious upon going through the check out system, and it just comes down to humans not being stuffed to read things, hence why people still get caught by all the scams, "free" trials, and credit accounts.
You shouldn't jump to conclusions! I am a stickler for reading T&Cs. I spent yesterday reading a booklet of my pet insurace T&Cs and making notes and I am still feeling the strain today!
It is actually my memory that is bad. I e-mailed Yours about the free returns and apparently (so MSE...) I used a voucher code that entitled me to free postage and returns, so that is why I didn't see a tick box. They very kindly allowed me to return my second order in the same box with the free postage. I made a third order with different voucher code I found for free delivery and returns but the stuff if great and I won't have to return it. I am really pleased with the stuff I have bought from them lately.
I've given up on wearing tights now. I can never find a pair that fit and don't wind up by my knees. They can be so uncomfortable.0 -

unless I'm missing something I can't find any details of t&c, returns, privacy, cookies, all the usual legal requirements.

I've received my order for some samples @£1 each this morning. Looking forward to being able to wear skirts and dresses again
Today I am wearing Naples nearly black 7xl (UK 32/34) I'm a bottom heavy size 32 and these fit my 'thunder thighs' and come comfortably up over my belly, most importantly without gathering like Nora Batties stockings round my ankles.
I'm yet to try the other samples I ordered, but I heartily endorse this brand, ladies, give them a go, what do you have to loose? Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
A bit late, just found this, but M&S have a special 20% discount on clothing, only for today.
As us big girls normally don't get much in the sales, and nothing at all in the outlet, I thought this could be a great opportunity.
Before you get too excited, their plus size stuff is very very dull, and to be honest the way the treat plus sizes (over 22) I don't really even like shopping from them.
However they are great for 'smaller' plus sizes, up to 22.
I found cotton leggings for £6 http://www.marksandspencer.com/Plus-Cotton-Rich-Stretch-Leggings/dp/B0037GMHA0
A part from this, usual cotton joggers and the most boring knickers ever.
Alos a retro looking (cheap polyester) skirt £6 http://www.marksandspencer.com/Spiro-Colour-Block-Length-Pencil/dp/B003C21HVE
Their tops I found were very boring though.0 -
Forever 21 have a sale on including plus size, I have heard Tesco are good for tights, but unsure what size they go up to.
Also for those in middle plus size, although Asos curve only go up to 16 I have heard their sizes are 1-2 times bigger than stayed, so those that wear a 30 or
28 it may ne useful to have a look and It's free delivery.
Might try the sample tights.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Hi ladies
I've trying without much luck to track down a pair of those full legnth black leggings/skirt combo things where the mini skirt is attached to the waist of the leggings. My last pair were from ASOS who don't sell them in plus sizes (I am a size 22). I have tried eBay and dance wear stockists all stop at size 16 at most. Any idea where I can find them at a reasonable price?
Thanks in advance x0
