    Uplifted Lingerie saga continued ...

I phoned them today, four times. No-one was available from customer services. I left three messages which were not responded to. On the fourth attempt I asked the telephonist to cancel my order - which she said she didn't have the authority to do!
Their website make all kinds of promises about customer service, office open from 8am (a blatant lie) and 24 hour helpline, but they do not measure up and, sorry to say, I definitely do not recommend them.

I hope you paid via Paypal, you can get your money back easily.
But even with a card you should be able to get your money back.
    Appalling service from uplifted lingerie!

Thankfully they have not taken any money yet, but I will keep my eye on my credit card statement.

Have you looked at Lands End? I got a fabulous winter coat. called 'Stadium Squall' from there the year before last. Lucky me, I got it in the sale, but it is really warm - wore it in Stockholm in February, and I was so cosy!

Oh, I'm sorry. It's worth keeping an eye on the website though Chrissy, as I think they'll have more plus size coats when it gets closer to winter - they're only just getting the winter stock in now. Their stuff is very good quality, and their returns policy is second to none. I have always found the items are pretty generously sized too.

I agree, the quality is great. They have good sales as well, it's worth keeping an eye on that as well in future.
  • Ladies, I just have to share

In my never ending quest in the search for the perfect bra I think I may have found it :j

Its a Gok Wan one and I bought it from either Simply Be or Simply Yours, its slightly padded, nice wide back band with 3 hooks, it has side supports but they don't stick in you and the band is wide enough at the sides to cover the fat bits (if you have them) under your arms, it has great support and is so very comfortable that I don't even feel like I am wearing a bra. The only minus side (and its very very small) is the cup size, I ordered a 44DD and whilst it is the right fit, the cups are ever so slightly big but this may be because I have one breast larger than the other :o but its holding all my boobs up straight and they are so perky I feel like I am 16 again,I keep thusting my chest out everywhere I go. I think I could actually fit into a D cup so wish I had been measured before but overall I am totally impressed.

It is really fantastic and I am so happy with it I just dont want to take it off, it also comes down a bit in the front centre so I also have some nice cleavage but not too much.

Anyway, just thought I would share
