  • 0002017B.gif A little cake for you Sarah - have a great day

Am tiptoeing around at the mo' - DH is still in bed as hasn't got to go to work today for once - and he never gets a lie in poor love so he can sleep in as long as he needs.

Am still painting the kitchen in 1.5 hour blocks - I don't begrudge it that way and I'm getting through all the dvds I haven't had time to watch for ages so double bonus.

So off flying now - quick brekkie then some paint splashing before work

Have a lovely day all x

    I

Dusty - did you get the shorter ones and are they a usual size fitting? eg I'm a UK 6 in boots - thanks!

I got the short ones (I have 3 long pairs of boots so could not justifty that and they are £74 cheaper) I got my usual size 37 - same as my fitflops. They need to be snug so try both on if possible. I'd say they are true to size but I sometimes need a 5 in some shoes so I'd say if you sometimes take smaller go smaller.

Dull and grey here. I'm trying to motivate OH to come to the bathroom place with me, and talk about the quote we had for the cloakroom - I want to get it down a bit so that we can afford to do the bathroom as well. No, OH doesn't know about the bathroom - yet :D

Snap on the weather and the OH I'm drip feeding mine with projects at the minute and have already done the discussion on DS3 room in bed this morning - moving furniture is next.

Sarah - have a wonderful birthday, enjoy your wine (or champagne!) and try the wii fit when you've drank your first bottle

Friends to dinner tonight so I need to pop to Mr M in a bit to get some supplies but shower and getting dressed first!

  • Good Morning Lovelies,

Happy Birthday to all those celebrating this week :bdaycake: and

    :grouphug:to those that need them.

Got work this afternoon im on the late shift  so just having a quick tidy round before I leave. DD and DS3 have gone out with friends shopping so I dread to think what kind of rubbish they will come back with lol.

I had a great time in Germany last week celebrating my 30 plus 10 birthday but this week ive been feeling yukky with a cough that sounds like a bark so stocked up on the cough medicine so should start feeling ok in a couple of days (fingers crossed).

Ah well no rest for the wicked, off to iron the kids school uniforms ready for Monday.

Have a great weekend everyone xxx

Happy birthday Sarahshattered have a lovee day.:bdaycake::bdaycake::j

Well we have an echoey house whilst we wait for the carpet people. Have wiped down the skirting boards and hoovered the floor boards whilst we wait.

Also going to use this as a good opportunity to declutter as we go along.

Also my lovely OH put new taps on the bathroom sink as one had been dripping for ages and the top was missing. Its made a great difference as the old taps were really clogged up with hard water deposits.

    One wash in WM.

Went to the pictures to see 'UP' last night, what a brilliant film, very funny and poignant too, loved it and would highly recommend people to go see it if they can.;)

I have got so much stuff to ebay its unbelievable but I think I'll have to wait until we come back from holiday because I can't risk it with the postal strikes. Ahh well.

Hungry so going in search of food, be back later.
