Well Guys I have to admit I haven't done to well this week!! I decided to start to sort things out & it all went belly up!!!! I have sooooooo much stuff!!!!!!!

You've done really well, completing 4 lists this week. I'm still only managing to do bits of each!!! I know what you mean about having lots of stuff, though. I cleared all of my and OH's things out of DS1's room (we swapped rooms earlier this year) and my nice sanctuary of a bedroom now looks like the new ROOM OF DOOM!

We'll just have to keep plodding on. Eventually we must run out of corners to clear - at least I hope so.

DD has finished her room so I'm claiming a star for Friday please!:D:D:D

Very busy weekend, have done loads, and lots of school work too.

Hugs for sexymouse. Never been in the situation, but sounds totally unprofessional. Follow excellent advice above!

The union I'm with is the NUT. Unfortunately their telephone hours seem to be Mon-Fri 9-5, so I never get a chance to ring them. There is a named contact who is part of the NQT programme in my LEA who I could email, so I may email her.

I'm with the NUT, too, and they provided a massive amount of support to a colleague a few years ago - without them, she'd have had to give up her management post.
Try the named contact you already have, or look for contact details of local reps/casework officers in your area. They can usually be contacted by e-mail, or you can leave a message for them at the school where they teach.

    Good luck.

    Hi all,

I didnt get my bedroom finished this week.....

I didnt manage to clear out my drawers, although i have cleared out the clothes rails!! My Ebay pile is massive and I havent gotten to any of that this week either!

Im going to carry on with the bedroom this week and get stuff listed!!!!!!!!! I also need to do other jobs which ive only discovered this weekend, like I seem to have been losing curtain hooks and not noticing!!! I dont know how thats even possible! :rotfl:

I have established that I really really need a wardrobe though... Ive been keeping my eye open on Ebay and Freegle hoping I dont need to spend a lot of money. Ive just started working again obviously and trying to spend my money as wisely as possible.

Ive had a rough time personally and thinks didnt work out like I thought they would and am trying now to make my house a home and have managed on a limited budget to get it looking pretty good! Everything has either been picked up in the sales, from Ebay or Freegle...

So with the bedroom, I will carry on!! xx
