Diphenhydramine, one of the worst for making you drowsy but second/third tablet you probably wouldn't feel quite so effected by the drowsy feeling and they do work better than the non drowsy other meds usually, with Benadryl you will get much quicker relief. Claritin is a less drowsy one.

We do one in the shop where i work that is non drowsy it is 1.99 Do you have a numark chemist in your area? I can post if you would like me to.xx

very tired here today for some reason, considering I had a good long lie this morning courtesy of DH who got up with the kids.
Think I am still in recovery mode from DH being away all last week.
He is bathing the kids and I am supposed to be doing money stuff online but I so can't be bothered.
Might get in the bath once they are all done and read my book for a bit. In fact, yes I definitely will.

Its been a very unsatisfying sort of day. After my lie in I got up to find downstairs looking like its been burgled. Every toy box emptied in playroom and all over the hall as well, every surface in kitchen covered in bowls, cups, general STUFF, kitchen table covered in crayons and paper. I loaded the DW and cleared the table then it was lunchime - more mess. Put away a load of laundry and hung more out. tidied up the playroom. Popped up to Asda for some cable for the new TV. Why is it we have 3 gazillion cables but there is always one more that he needs ?
Back from Asda and tidied up more mess.

The bathroom will undoubtedly be a mess when they are finished and then there is still tea to do. Arrghhhhhh!!!!!!!

Looking forward to them being back to school and work tomorrow LOL

    Diphenhydramine

It's actually the acrivastine flavour (it wa acrivastine the Doctor prescribed). It says on the blurb that "in most people this product does not cause drowsiness. However there are rare exceptions..." I think I'm one of those exceptions!

Yes Toots, I will chill out, I promise

Someone mentioned "How great Thou art" we had that at our wedding, and DD2's baptism. Its a great jazz standard too.

useless fact...nytol was originally developed as an antihistamine, but was so bad, and made people really drowsy, so ding! they made it a sleeping medicine!

but deputy and mentor have said I won't have any written feedback as they are giving me another chance to do another observation in a couple of weeks.

I'm writing this without checking the other posts, so apologies if I'm repeating what others have already said. :o

Please, please, keep a log of who said what, and when, and contact your union. How on earth do they expect you to address the issues they identify, if they don't give you a written record to refer back to - even if it's informal notes? It's very dodgy practice, as far as I'm concerned. This is making me realise how lucky I've been with my line managers past and present.

I'm absolutely horrified and really can't understand why some people have to go out of their way to make others miserable. The school has a duty of care towards their staff, and you could cost them an awful lot of money if you went off with stress.

Not sure I've helped, but I feel ever so strongly for you. Take good care of yourself - the job is hard enough with the kids, let alone colleagues.

    Best wishes,
    MrsC
