    Hi everyone :)

Sorry not been about much, very busy with unpacking etc and know if I switch the laptop on I get less done. House is coming together but came away for the weekend with my boys and my lovely niece and nephew. I don't see them much because me and my sister don't get on well so it's been lovely spending time with them, means the kids got to spend time with each other too. 3.5 hours of swimming yesterday and 2.5 today, I am shattered! Little nephew wasn't very confident in the water before but now he's started now getting over confident, definately kept me on my toes :rotfl:

Anyway they are eating lunch then we need to pack up and go, so might pop back to see you all when I get home as I need to get some organisation back.....comically I just found my 'why am I so disorganised' book in the caravan.....:o

    ((hugs)) for all who need/want one x x x
One day I might be more organised...........

Looking out from under the lurkdom umberella, again, :hello: Hi everyone.

OH and I have tackled ROD1 this morning, so the Lounge has been cleaned and loads of stuff either binned or recycled. I do however have two carrier bags and a box of stuff to sort through later (OH has an office upstairs so his stuff is out of sight:rotfl:) We plan to paint it next weekend as we go on hols on 29th and when we get back there will be a couple of new sofas being delivered. I may even be able to let guests into the house.:D

We've just had news that OH's current temp contract will last until end of Jan next year and he is a different person now he knows he won't be out of work before X**s - the contracts always dry up at this time of year and start up again in Jan so he should be ok. He's lucky as there always seems to be another job out there for him but it would be nice if it were permanent.

Will be ending healing thoughts to all in need especially Mudbath's DS and LadyL and Toots and a special hug for Soappie - hope the tablets kick in but you might need more than one!!

    Hi Guys

Caught up again! What a manic weekend, hardly seem to have been home.

Miss A had her cub swimming gala last night before her sleep over. She came first in her back stroke race and won by a mile :D:j:T:D:j:T and he pack came 2nd over all for the entire evening :D

W and I had a boys night whilst Miss A was on sleepover. We snuggled on the settee with Miss A's quilt, had some juice and wotsits and watched Horrible Historys :D

Wilf can we all have Haydn's autograph please, what a lovely young man and his mum is cook too ;)

We are chilling this afternoon, first time this week.

AnW'sMum great news about A, which stroke was she doing?

Wilf - great to see you DS, DS3 has watched it 3 times now

Lil_me glad you are getting to spend some time with your Niece and Nephew

    PenPen

I have done my shopping, put a load of washing on the line, made lunch for today and tomorrow and cleaned the bathroom.

Toots - hugs and prayers; hope you feel a bit better today

soappie - hugs; the walk-in centre sounds excellent!

wilf - wow!! Not an inappropriate post at all. You should be extremely proud - I'll remember the name and hope he keeps doing as well as he is!

sexymouse - I think you need to keep records of all the stuff that's happening. Contact the Union (which one is it?) and phone the counselling service again (they are very good). You are an NQT and, IMHO, are being treated unfairly and being asked to do far too much. You are supposed to have written feedback on observations with points to help you improve and a proper grading which 'inadequate' is not.

ETA - I see Valli agrees

    Miss A - congrats!

I need to find a list and update it then I may be back for a HHC (or several) .......................

    Hi folks,

DH and I are beginning to feel more human again. We are having another lazy day and hope to be able to get on and do things tomorrow.

    Rose toots
and everyone else who asked, DHs depresion is lifting a bit more. The virus didn't help but I noticed he is a bit more perky today.

He has used the light box which arrived on Wednesday and he thinks it is working already. Hopefully he can go back to working on our barn conversion. There is loads to do there but he hasn't done anything for months.

AnWsmum, you must be very proud. Well done to both of them!!

Jayjay You must be so relieved about DHs job being safe for a bit longer. Lets hope it is extended again after then too.

Hi lil_me I've missed you on here. I am glad you are having fun and the house is coming together. I understand about not putting laptop on as I do that too or I don't get things finished.

sexymouse I agree with valli. Talk to your union rep. I do think the person observing you is interpreting the criteria that you should be marked on wrongly. It is good to be given another chance but don't let them bully you.

wilf What a super son you have. Thanks for sharing it with us.

soappie. I hope your eye is getting better.
