I have a day off work today, so made a visit to a couple of charity shops & purchased:

A red & white stripe cardigan (originally from Primark) for £3.95
A purple zebra print vest top for 99p
A Gucci horse bit print scarf for 79p (don't think it's a real Gucci, but I bought it because I liked the pattern, not the label!)

I also donated a big bag of stuff, so all in all, a good day

Hi havnt posted on this thread before but thought I would share my recent charity shop bargains. In Marie Curie they have an offer on where you can purchase an outfit for £10, you can buy between 3 and 5 items. I bought a new full length dressing gown, brand new with price tag of £23 Per Una top and another M & S top that looks new. I didnt think this would count as an outfit (would look rather odd lol) but the manager said it still came under the £10 offer.

I love charity shops, most of my clothes are from them especially my work ones.

I found a NY Troll, big one & vintage, in a charity shop yesterday for £1. He is ugly but lovable.:)

No carboots or CS's for a while but last night i went to a switch & !!!!! do and took 5 things i never wear and came home with a pair of tweed Topshop shorts for my DD, a purple silk skirt, a pair of BNWT grey fitted trousers that I will wear tons and a BNWT check dress that I think I may also wear alot. I absolutely love S&B

I have never heard of those. Are they the same as the bring & buy sales for charity?
