icon10.gif I just posted this in a new Grabbit thread so it doesn't get lost in this one, but thought I would share it with you lovely people:

Gorgeous M&S black knee high boots only £19 instore (£39.50 online)! Quick...
    I got these at lunchtime:

They're £39.50 in the online sale but only £19 instore! And soooo comfy as they have quite a low heel. I love love love them! :A So if anyone's got a store nearby and fancies a pair of these beauties, get down there rather than ordering online.

    HTH someone.

M&S will further reduced prices online in a few days so anyone interested keep an eye on these just in case they are reduced.

Other option is to ring up and say that you've seen them instore in a different size to your own and ask why there is a price difference. You never know...

Thanks for this, I thought they looked nice but it's good to know they're comfy as well!

The dark tan of these were available online last night at £19 but I wanted the black. They didn't have any in my local store so I'm going to keep checking online to see if they reduce the price

Just had a look at my order and although everything is still listed, when I click on the link a few of the items are now out of stock

No point living in hope then. I don't know why I feel slightly disappointed

I'm sorry to hear M&S still can't get it right.

When this happened to me I was more than 'slightly' disappointed: I've never used the on-line service since.

I grew up with M&S being the gold-standard for quality & good service. My gran would be horrified

  • I've given up on them online - hardly ever get what I've ordered. Got quite a bit instore and will go again in a few days to see what is left and reduced (hopefully!) further...

They were still marking up some departments in Watford at 11am yesterday (jewellery & shoes) so there may be more to come anyway.

The only item still in my order which isn't out of stock is a birthday card for £1. Think I'd better ring them or they'll be adding the £3.50 delivery charge

Sorry to sound ignorant but do you mean that if anything is out of order from an order placed before it is despatched then you won't get it?

I placed a big order yesterday and tons of the things are now out of stock but i'd assumed their stock levels take in to account orders already placed and accepted?

    Hi Tamlem

M&S stock control is not in 'real time' I think at least 12 hours behind?!
So to answer your question about stock levels what you think you have purchased may have already been purchased by somebody else.

I placed my order before 10pm on Monday night so am hoping I'll get some of my stuff but who knows?!

    Fingers crossed

BTW Lego has arrived this morning x

Thanks Galvanizersbaby. So it's a case of just wait and see? I ordered yesterday morning and selected delivery for Friday so should find out soon enough.

Glad lego got there. That took a full week then, not great delivery!
