Wish I'd worked that out

I didn't know they could phone to let you know if items ordered are out of stock. Normally they just disappear from my order without even an email to let me know :)

I'm just hoping the couple of things I ordered will eventually arrive!

Yes that's what usually happens to me and then when I phoned to enquire where the item was they informed me they had refunded my card!
I have had emails in the past to let me know the item was no longer available which is a bit less rude!

Keeping my fingers crossed I got in early enough this time to get most of my order.

Had a bit of a chuckle earlier when I checked on my saved items (things from the OP's original sale pending link saved in my basket to see if they would reduce in price) and none of them have - just my luck! :D

FREEDELV wouldn't work for me earlier, so I placed the order and emailed asking for a refund - just had a delightful email confirming the refund, saying that the tech dept are working to sort the problem, and wishing me a 'wonderful afternoon'!
Now I just have to hope that I get my stuff - and in twos, cos buying for twins means that one of anything isn't that great.

Good spot those boots are lovely - not for me cos sadly I feel like a midget in anything less than a 3 inch heel cos I'm only 5 foot tall

I might pop in store though after work and check out what they have left :)

    Hi everyone, first post :)

Ordered a few bits for my twins and myself online yesterday using all the codes etc and paid via visa electron and everything went through okay. But I read somewhere that they do not accept visa electron so does this mean they are likely to cancel my order? :(

That happened to me once and they didnt cancel the order told me to pay with a different card. So they shouldnt just cancel your order.

    Thanks Caroline.

I will put the money into my mums account instead then. Thought I was going to lose all my little goodies lol.

I had a problem with a card once and they didn't cancel the order. They emailed me and asked me to get in touch as there was a problem with the order.

I went in store and got a bra some knickers and some knickers for my little girl. have to say there wasn't much in store really. I'd seen some lovely girls jeans online but they weren't in store

just got a call. 3 out of 4 items are no available in my order.
I will never ever set foot inside an M&S store again. what a waste of time

This is typical of M&S sales. They never have enough stock. Fortunately for them there is no loss of bargain that can apply. ;)
