Lost in the middle - getting organised and debt free

Got up early this morning to get some payments done. Feeling good now as I don't have to think about them. Also forwarded some emails to my work email for me to print later and put into my "court file".
So at work today I shall contact the solicitors, finish putting the file together and if I still have time on my lunch break write a letter to BG.
When I get home I am going to sort out the PC so that I can start my VBA, excel and access studies. Also hoping to make a start sorting out my clothes. I will put a 15 minute timer on for that.
I must say that my lovely Kitty makes huge difference in the mornings. As soon as I wake up I call her and she comes for cuddles. See - my mood is fine despite it bucketing down (and some of my washing is still outside)."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

I found a solicitor - she is lovely. Huuge relief. Perhaps I should look into getting more help in other areas of my life as well. I know I am not going to fall apart because of Friday now.
Shattered thou but not in the Black Dog kind of way. Nothing that Apprentice, stitching and good night sleep won't sort out.
Off to check if my food is ready - starving..."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Have been feeling rather flat lately. Have been reading other threads but not posting (with exception of the x stitch thread).
I have now plan of action in place for next 30 days and today I wrote a task list of 30 items on the notice board. Then I will have 2 weeks of relaxation and I am not going to think about anything that I should be doing then.
Exam result is due when we are in France so I hope we can find an internet cafe for me to get the results. Or if it is a fail perhaps I am better of waiting until we are back so that I am not spoiling our holiday trip.
I have promised to take DD to the soft play area in the afternoon. I shall take my kindle with me and chill while she is burning off some of her energy.
Ok need to go and have look at my notice board and pinpoint at least two things I can get wiped off today. But I am still not showered or dressed so better get a wiggle on."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

I haven't no as have been tired and just been hiding. Will look thou. Also I knew that you would be busy with your writing. Shall we have a new deadline for the fist lesson as 30/7? Would that give enough time?"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Ok for those who don't know what Buffy and I are talking about. We are doing the online CBT course called Live life to the full.
I did the first lesson yesterday and I have to say that I didn't find that so exciting but I do have to say that it pointed out something really to be mindful. It was talking about vicious circles of thought, emotion, physical symptom and behaviour and how the circle can start in any point and just keep getting worse. However I am very much looking forward the next lession which is about "I can't be bothered to do anything". I am really hoping to get some good pointers.
Also I am reading a book at the moment called: Overcoming Depression by Paul Gilbert (kindle edition for under 2.- from amazon). I will tell you how I get on with it when I read further.
So can you tell that I am determined to get rid of this thing that sucks my energy and keep me stucked.
Anyway - GOOD NEWS!!! After being 5 weeks on the low carb diet I have lost 10 pounds AND my BMI is now in the range of over weight i.e. I am not obese anymore :j. I had first treat yesterday in 5 weeks and that was small slice of tiramisu. It was nice but not something that I want to come between me and weight loss so I think I can keep going for another 5 weeks without cake."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
