Good luck tomorrow Marru.0

Thank you everyone
I wasn't in bed when you posted FW, after squeazing all the formulas into four A4 size mind maps I went to bed at half twelve. Alarm went off at 6 am.
It is now done, I answered every single questions (except one for 6 points). My hand hurts. So I hope that some of the stuff I wrote and calculated will be enough for 51 points in total.
Cross stitch and afternoon telly for me. Full day tomorrow as I need to get second round of reviews done and have only one day to do them.
And Pippi thank you for your texts"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Well done, Maru. I am sure it will be all fine. Now rest and play with DD.

22nd of August. I think we are in France then. Which is good thing as I don't get a chance to sit at work hitting F5 on my hotmail. And getting upset if/when I haven't passed.
Feeling better now. Heading to bed shortly."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Uuuh what a day. Very busy at work and I didn't manage to finish what I was doing so I need to go in tomorrow. And I have had one hell of a head ache all day that paracetamol didn't even touch.
BF is coming here tomorrow morning to look after DD. I hope I can leave work at lunch time and then just chill for the rest of the weekend.
Need to get DD to bed asap and then get some stitching done.
No progress with any challenges will get done until I feel better and have had a good rest. Please remind me of this if I come here to beat myself over it. Thank you"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

So here we are with a new week.
Saturday I worked half day and then we went for a little road trip with BF. It was nice but I was completely whacked by the time we got back. So it was cup of tea and early bed.
I haven't really been sleeping that well lately. I am getting very vivid dreams. Thursday night I had a nightmare of ex but since they have just been anxious ones. I am so hoping to have a good night sleep tonight as my work is starting to suffer.
We had such a manic day today. I am not coping well when I can't finish one thing and then need to start new thing. I had unfinished emails, unanswered review files, unposted journals all over the place. I really hope that what ever I did today was ok and I don't have to start making corrections later. Especially as deadline for making changes to the year end is tomorrow.
Ex has been a pain. I really don't want to go into more detail with that. I will just say that after having stretched out the mediation all spring now he is pushing hard for me to agree to the date. Well I am not to be pushed. I have interview with cafcass on Wednesday and will take it from there.
Project getting healthier i.e. lighter started today. I didn't have time for proper food shopping yesterday so had to make do with tuna salad form the canteen. I don't know if it was that I hadn't eaten enough, I hadn't drank enough water or just the fact that I am not eating the same things but I did feel a bit light headed for a little while this afternoon. I have now been in the shop and stocked up with lots of salad stuff, green veggies, fish and meat. We had tonight sauteed spinach and spring greens with fried salmon. So you can probably guess that I have cut carbs right down. Idea is to stay on very low for little while and then start increasing them slowly while still maintaining weight loss and eventually find the level of carbs that will maintain the wanted and achieved weight.
I love it as now I can treat myself with lovely cheeses and enjoy them (obviously within my appetite - not over eating) without feeling quilty about it. (Not spending money on crisps or chocolate or biscuits).
And the best thing is that during my planning period when I started to be more aware of what I am eating I had unconciously cut down carbs and I lost 1 kg already :j.
Ok better pour DD to bed. I am going to do little bit of stitching and then go to bed as well. I am still rather tired.
Only problem I have with the diet is that initially even milk is out of bounds and I really can't have a coffee or tea without. So I am cutting down gradually. Today I have had one coffee and two teas and I will have one redbush with milk before bed. Tomorrow hopefully will cut down to one coffee (made by one of my colleagues who does truly delicious coffee) and one redbush in the evening as those are the ones that I enjoy the most. Then next week cold turkey  (or I accept slower weight loss and stick to the two cups...:o)"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Gosh this sounds so positive. Am a bit worried about you being lightheaded though. I love my carbs but all that healthy food sounds so good. I am going to do a healthy food shop tomorrow!
Stay positive and think happy thoughts Marru.
PS I love redbush tea too. Yum!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Don't worry. I shall pack big salad tomorrow with tuna, olives and proper salad dressing and as I am taking my smart cool bag/lunch bag I can put some cheese bits there for snacks. Also it could have been those evil review files today making me light headed (and it was just very momentary anyway). :rotfl:"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
