Here is an example how once very capable person has shrunk into someone that is scared of lots of things. I am still scared of my post even than I know that all DCAs have now been dealt with. I am again scared of the knock on the door as it can be a bailiff. I seem to be scared on practicing animal communication because I don't find out that I am rubbish at it, I also put off doing my correspondence but haven't pinpointed what is the problem there, what is it that I am afraid off.

Also something that I used to do with ease and now avoid is making phone calls. Today I have called the beaver leader and confirmed that DD can start today and also I have called beauty salon and booked myself an appointment for this afternoon for eye brow tidy up and manicure. Woohoo. So next phone call is going to be tax credits but I think I need a cup of tea before that.

Oh and I have cancelled the website, just need to send one more email which shouldn't take more than couple of minutes. And also I have sent an email to ex about the mediation and his behaviour. Feeling better already.

:j you are being so positive and doing so well!

You are actually inspiring me to tackle my mountain of paperwork etc, I wanted to do just 15 mins last night, like you suggested, but was so exhausted and laptop not working properly. Needs to be kicked out of the window me thinks!

27/3/2009 was their first visit and they charged me:
Attendance to levy fees 24.50 cant be charged the same day as a levy fee
Levy fee 36.- this fee depends on
    1) the amount outstanding against the liability order at the time of the levy
    2) if the vehicle is on finance /HP
    3) the value of the vehicle
Redemption of goods fee 24.50 again cant be charged on same day as the levy

They didn't get into the house but levied my car that was on the drive, they did not get my signature to the documents.
A notice of seizure of goods and inventory does not have to be signed

Then on 27/5/2009 They charged me 180.- for VAN fee. At this point I had contacted them and told about my depression but nobody seemed to take any notice. And why would they bring a VAN to take my car? Doesn't make sense.

It doesn't have to be a van or a vehicle used to remove a car
    legislation states
C For one attendance with a vehicle with a view to the removal of goods Reasonable costs and fees incurred.
(where, following the levy, goods are not removed
I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

    1) 369.81
    2) vehicle not on hire purchase I had paid off the loan I took to buy it
    3) I sold the car end of 2009 for £450 (it was spending more time in the garage than on the road). Couldn't afford to buy new car so using BF's car now.

So are £180 reasonable costs for a van? I could hire a van for less than that for an afternoon.

I have become a real scaredy cat. I was heading out this morning when this guy was delivering these charity collection bags. I thought for a second that it was a bailiff and I had door wide open and got such a scare. I really must get this thing sorted. I can't live like this.

Then phone rang and it was withheld number. I knew it was from work so didn't anwer. My manager left me message asking if I am ok to go back tomorrow. I have now sent an email saying that I would prefer going back on Monday but am ok to go in tomorrow if I am needed.

Also got a reply to my question about the deduction from my rent deposit from previous house. And was putting off opening the email. WHY!! So read it now and only thing it said that they charged me £65 for window cleaning and lawn treatment. So what was so scary about that.

Anyway, need to get breakfast quicly. DD has this presentation thingy at school and I have promised to go and see it. After that going to framers and B00ts. Need to put wash on before I go.

Today I will definitely get started with the bedroom but after the fight I had with DD in the morning I don't really feel like it. I can tell about that later, she is greedy, selfish, self centred, uncaring and stubborn. Not very attractive attributes. Can't for the life of me figure out how to change that.

    How old is DD Marru?

Have you tried looking on netmums.com?

If she is a teenager, I think it is typical behaviour of a teenager. There are mums on there who will have already posted about the same thing or who can help?

She is only 6 so I have hopes that she will grow and learns to understand.

I am so tired today. And because I was sent home early on Friday today is officially my last sick day. So I have to go in tomorrow or get doctor's notice. I don't know what to do. I was all psyched up going in on Monday.

I have sent BF message asking him to come here tonight as I feel that I am falling apart.

But I can't keep hiding here forever. Perhaps I will get better when I get back into the routine and I have less time to dwell. Don't know.
