If I've turned around to walk the other way, how do I walk on by? I'm heading the other way already.

I can only speak of my area, we have serial drink drivers and your probably right that they dont give a damn.
However when they were caught and lost their licence everyone knew about it and if they drove again people would report them straight away and they knew that. So they accepted the ban and were off the road for a year ,which has to be a good thing.
One guy has been caught twice so far, 1 year first time , second time 2 years. My point is he has been off the road for 3 years in the last 7.
He,s obviously a !!!! ,ignorant and possibly a future killer but apart from shooting the moron there,s little else we can all do except be vigilant......
Thats not curtain twitching or being nosey its being a decent person......like I said might even prevent a death or two....:rolleyes:0
