The application questionnaire for TNS Mystery shopping
Sorry but we can't really help with that. It's a job application, so they need to see your ability to understand the notes you've been given. It wouldn't be a fair test if somebody else told you the answers.
Try reading the manuel again tomorrow with fresh eyes, and see if you can work out the answer from the material in there. It will really be there - honest!
Best of luck with itHere I go again on my own....0 -
Hi all,
Since posting a few weeks back as a newbie, I've completed quite a few shops and feel like I'm really getting into the swing of things! I've made the odd beginner's mistake, but fortunately I haven't had any problems with payments etc so far. Thanks again for all the advice here which has been brilliant for a newcomer.
I was wondering if someone could clarify something for me in regards to the "You can't shop the same site twice in a row" rule for a certain client on a certain company which is referred to a lot on here? I've checked the first page and had a little plough through the thread, but couldn't find anything...
Basically I just wanted to check whether I should be reading this rule as "Each mystery shopper needs to shop at a different site before returning to one they've been to before" or "The same person can't complete two mystery shops at an individual site until another mystery shopper has visited there"?
Hopefully that makes sense. It's just that I've been trying to submit a job request for later this week and have been rejected because of this rule. It confused me because I have many shops at different sites lined up before I return to that store again. I was going to query it, but didn't want to bother them if the rule actually refers to the fact that a different mystery shopper needs to go there rather than me completing all of that store's visits.
Sorry for waffling and thanks in advance for any advice.0 -
Usually its you can't shop the same site twice in a row, so you'll have to wait for it to come up again in a month or so after someone else has done the job next week. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

know this mmust be on here somewhere but............
Gap - 8 hours to get report in.
Never had a problem with this before but ive got an 8 hour shift after a job today.
Is it 8 hours after you have left the building or 8 hours after the job time window has closed.
Have a good day!0 -
Can anyone help, I'm trying to get past the TNS questionnaire but keep getting failed. Is there a trick question there as I'm convinced I've put the correct awnsers in!!?
I have just failed the TNS one this morning, I tried it 3 times, I printed out all the notes & have read them & read them, I took ages doing the questionnaire but cannot figure out which question was incorrect - nyway in the end I figured if it was that hard to do the questionnaire then the reports you would have to do mus he hell on earth!!0 -
Morning folks
Was expecting my first payment from RE today but no joy - is it usually 25th as stated on their home page or does it take a couple of days after that?
Thanks

It'll be a wee while longer I'm afraid. The last payment they sent on November 10th cleared into my account at the end of the working day on November 13th. So if we're lucky we might see the money by the end of the working week ...0 -

Ah ok - thank you. Was just a bit nervous as it's the first one. Went in to details and checked my bank details and they were fine so I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer. Hardly gonna make me a rich woman anyway LOLIf you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0
