  • I've been out all day too, can't see anything new, just the same 14 that were there last night!

Perhaps I should move to Harlow, there's 5 jobs just sitting there that nobody wants. Is there anything exciting in Harlow?

Blackpool also seems to have lots of jobs sitting there. Almost tempted but not really got time to drive over there.

Why on earth would a travel agency be close for a day and a half "For staff training" (and why didn't they let their MS company know-sigh)

Anyone shoe shopping this week for AA? From reading the brief it seems to say that if you can have a good nosey at the till service, you don't have to buy anything, but the report seems to imply you need to buy something? I'd like to head out for the day before office hours tomorrow, hence asking here.

Can anyone who does the video mystery shops tell me whether there is a big difference in the price paid for them as opposed to 'normal' mystery shops? Don't want to know specifics, just if you know what's offered for both can you give me a rough %? I'm thinking of getting some recording equipment.
    Thanks guys!

I don't do many written visits so I don't really know what the going rate is for a standard job, and so can't really give you percentages. For video I get £20 - £50 per job depending on what's required, and in general I do 3 -6 jobs per day. Also, most companies pay a mileage allowance for video jobs and so there's some extra profit to be made there too. What kit are you thinking of getting? Don't know if you are aware but there are several different types of kit available and not all mystery shopping companies can accept footage from all types.
If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.

As it's not your fault, don't you still get paid?

Probably not, as we've no idea what questionnaire you're trying to complete...

They don't usually have trick questions...
