you get paid for all jobs about the 20th of the month after. so all jobs from 1st-30th nov will be paid around 20th of dec. unless like me you forget to enter your bank details for 3 months! :p

I spoke to somebody at RE today about whether or not you can buy a gift card on the sport shop jobs....and the answer was a definite NO!! They said the purchase has to be an item, and a gift card is not an item apparently :confused:. I think it should say 'no gift cards' on the briefing notes if that's the case.

    Hi Squidgeum,
I thought they'd say that to you, hard luck but I think they're making the job harder each 1/4 I try & only do them now as a last resort as I 've had no end of trouble trying to please DS with my purchase each time & I consider £15 is too much to throw away considering there's no fee.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
  • Proof reading tonight for RE kitchen shops is phenomenally fast...I swear it was less than 5 minutes! Should have set the stop watch.;)
  • Hello shoppers!

I've only been MSing since March so wanted to ask a bit of advice about doing jobs over the Christmas and sales period. Is it worth the time, do companies ease off a little over this period i.e. not so many jobs to pick up anyway? I hate shopping at this time of the year, all that pushing and shoving!!!!

What do all you veteran MShoppers do in Dec/early January.

The MS work does tend to ease off from mid-Dec to mid-Jan. However there's always loads of merchandising and auditing work making sure stores are getting out as much stock as possible out for the festive season.
Here I go again on my own....
