Has anyone had their invoices marked as paid for emystery shopper?

I did some work in September and early October and invoiced them on the 19th Oct, ready for the payment run on the 20th. Unfortunately they decided to do the payment run on the 19th, so I didn't get paid and they said I would have to wait until the 20th Nov.

I've just had a look and the invoice is still showing as sent rather than paid. I also did another invoice last week which is also still marked as sent.

It's frustrating as I did a lot of work at very short notice in early Oct to help them out after they were let down by other shoppers, and I have the money budgeted for Christmas pressies so I'm eager to get it and spend it

I def have RSI after that lot and an abscess on my tooth which is agony but have managed to get a dentist appointment for tomorrow. I am like a bear with a sore head (or tooth). Grumpy and miserable....

Well I dealt with the query immediately and payment has now been approved! This MS is quite nerve racking

I have done one of these I think, its sounds similar anyway. It was one in Glasgow and they only had one laptop, even though I was to ask for recommendations and I was to get a print out of all the details. The guy wasnt interested in any questions I had to ask and just looked at me as If I was daft when I asked if he could give me a print out of all the details so I could take and show my hubby. He went and got a pen and paper and said there you go, you can write it all down.
Anyway I just wrote exactly what happened and what they had available in my report. I got a welldone and no queries. I expected this store to have loads of computers so I was suprided they only had one.
I wouldnt worry about your rating, you were being honest.

yeah! hope i get final one vetted soon. sorry about the abscess ive had one before and it was agony. whole face swelled up and i couldn't see out of my eye - luckily i wasnt mystery shopping back then as i would have stood out a bit

Yep face is very swollen...... I will have to make sure any store camera`s get my picture from the good side.Lol. Deffo no burgers for me this week!!

I spoke to somebody at RE today about whether or not you can buy a gift card on the sport shop jobs....and the answer was a definite NO!! They said the purchase has to be an item, and a gift card is not an item apparently . I think it should say 'no gift cards' on the briefing notes if that's the case.

ive joined gyp recently and done 2 shops so far.. one on the 1st nov and other last week. i have entered bank details etc but have not been paid yet. how long does it normally take?

If you look on the first page it'll tell your under each client when and how to expect payment. So for example for Gap jobs you've done in November you'll get paid towards the end of December
