I spoke to somebody at RE today about whether or not you can buy a gift card on the sport shop jobs....and the answer was a definite NO!! They said the purchase has to be an item, and a gift card is not an item apparently :confused:. I think it should say 'no gift cards' on the briefing notes if that's the case.

Thanks for that squidgegum, I think I will release mine then. I will wait a while until I see if I can get to the shop beforehand to have a look though.

Proof reading tonight for RE kitchen shops is phenomenally fast...I swear it was less than 5 minutes! Should have set the stop watch.;)

Oh yes lol. Just checked mine, which I put in a couple of hours ago and it has gone through to payments as well :j. Someone there must be on speed tonight :D. Maybe they are due an MS visit :p

Both my RE jobs today went through really fast to payment. I was a little taken aback! (though not complaining!)

  • Morning all,

Just managed to get registered on here but I have been studying for some time.

Quick question, I am just about to do my first stamp jobs this week.

    Can you buy postal orders?

    Have a good day.

I did an electrical store with reveal for RE last week and it was cringe-making when I had to pass over the mystery shopper letter right at the end - my hands were absolutely shaking. The sales assistant was most unimpressed. I don't think I'll be doing one of those again. At least it wasn't a young kid I had to do it to because I couldn't hurt someone who is the same age as my kids. Am I just getting soppy in my old age?

  • Well, just called in home on the way back from the dentist and a nice pile of the special letters from Abai to greet me on the doorstep. And utter disbelief that I have been allocated all of the jobs I applied for on ESA!
