ipod looks new.
accessories look used.
comes in refurb box.
battery is nearly discharged.

It's arrived. Certainly the outer case is brand new. I don't know if they just gut them and put them in a new case to consider them refurbs.... In any case, it's looking very good to me

So my summation yesterday was correct - good stuff. My wife's rang me at work to tell me its arrived :j ....

....problem is I hadn't exactly got around to telling her I had ordered one in the first place so now I have to try to explain exactly why I need three mp3 players - I thought this site was meant to save me money!!!!

you can easily buy a battery on ebay and change it yourself so that is no problem at all.

Yep mine seems be be brand spanking new in all respects, now off to play with it THANKS OP

All 40 GB gone by looks of it - 20GB still available but no way as good a deal.

Grr. UPS tried to deliver mine today, but as I work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, I was out. Rang UPS and was told they don't deliver on Saturdays, and Apple won't let them leave it with a neighbour (although I can kind of understand why). If they'd mentioned that when I ordered though, I would have had it sent to work in the first place, rather than have to ring UPS and Apple and re-arrange delivery. It's just frustrating knowing it was brought to my door and now they've taken it away again!

Oh well, I'll have it on Monday.
