Can anyone help me, I have just bought my dad a nokia 1110 on the Tesco UK network. He lives in Ireland and when he has put in an Irish sim it does not work. Is there a way I can unblock this phone, imei 359769005756611

if it said "cannot undo restriction" then it means all code attempts have been used.
it can still be done by direct unlock with cable and hardware -try your local market stall
