It is indeed very cold - I should go out for a run this morning....the scales are still being unkind to me.....but it is brrrrr. I will have a couple of cups of coffee and THEN decide

I have lots of admin/paperwork things to get done today - consent forms for school trips, that sort of thing. Also, Mr T delivers this afternoon - so we get to eat :T

But first, scratches, banking, and the kids doing their paper rounds......have a good Sunday, everyone!

    Morning Hypno and Shaun
Yes, I've wimped out of a run too. It's absolutely pouring down here and I can't face it after yesterday's endurance run through the snow.....
    So I don't blame you!

Ah, macgirl, I've not wimped out yet - in DS is just getting my running gear out of the tumble drier for me.......

Oooh, you've thrown down the gauntlet there!! Now I'm considering it :D

Next week I'll be able to say that too, when I get my Environment killing Carbon pumping drying machine! (My Mum's been nagging me to get one for years and said "You won't know you're born!" Blimey)

A dishwasher is far more important to me, I remember when my parent's bought one when we were teenagers - it was like my sister and I had won the lottery! :rotfl:

I will def go for a run....I have my kit on now, and will head off at 9 when I drop DS off at skiing - then there are showers at the ski club so I can shower and change there when I am done - very MSE as it saves my water bill :D

I will be doing about half an hour - still not up to more than that.....I really am having to start from scratch :o

The scales this morning said I was 11st 10 which is about the heaviest I have ever been apart from when pregnant (and then not by much!).....I have put on a stone since the marathon, and am a stone and a half over my healthy bmi......none of my clothes (except my new big jeans) fit, and I can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe, so I have to do something about it.

hopefully the running will do some good - at least by slimming the inches a little even if not by losing the lbs......so I have to keep it up and make that effort......cold, or not!!

Well, I weigh a bit more than you (but I do have "big bones" :rotfl:)

However I've lost 1lb this morning, so am happy with that, but still need to lose a stone to get back to where I'd like to be, though 1.5st is where I should ideally be, but I start to look ill.
I too am definitely going for a run - so thanks for the bum-kick.:T I'm going for 6, but will probably do my 4.5miler, I'll see how it goes.

Have a good one and we'll compare notes later x

Morning Hypno and all! I'm glad you ordered online, Hypno.

Dishwashers - I've also heard that the most modern highest quality ones are greener than washing by hand - never had one :( and I intend to remedy that in the new place. At the moment, because I'm still sick, I'm using disposable whatever-I-can, but that still leaves stuff to be washed by hand. That alone makes a dishwasher worthwhile, let alone the everyday freedom of it all. I can't wait.

Hope you're enjoying your run - and your mse shower.
