Hypno, just to keep you up to date with "Project Bum Kick"....
I'm going to go for 4 and a bit miles in the morning. You can of course go in the evening being in the Southern Hemisphere!

I'm going to endeavour to do my 20 mins of toning too in an effort to lose 7lbs before Christmas. Hope that inspires some enthusiasm.....:)

thanks, he's even checking the site himself which is a major thing, usually i have to do everything. I will get him into checking his bank account at least weekly and doing something MSE'ish.
