I'm trying to put openoffice on OH laptop so I can get the matcher spreadsheet so I can matched bet.......it tells me that there is still 6hrs 47 mins to download.......so it doesn't look as though I will be betting much today
Still no luck with my laptop

Sea, sorry to hear the news about your bf - immediately after that, there's a lot of posts about people who've known of treatable tumours, so I'm really hoping for you that your bf's is one of those - lots of positive vibes.
Hypno - oh dear! Whether its ebay or downloads or laptops, its not your day on the computer! Hope it gets better soon .............2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Everything is just so slow to load, each page takes forever and trying to have two sites open at the same time eg will hill and betfair, and to switch between the two looking for decent odds is just not happening in "real time".........I will end up with one half of the bet on, and the other hanging with me not knowing how to put it right if it goes wrong, so I will have to admit defeat until I get my own laptop back......bah!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Ooh, don't go there, dont dont dont. You're right to give up on it - your energy can flow somewhere else, for sure. What about your list of rooms to be done, or has that been overtaken by flylady?2023: the year I get to buy a car0

energy flow is quite negative today, KC......I've made a couple of cottage pies - one for dinner tonight, one for the freezer, but that's it. I feel very grumpy and pre-menstrual, even though I am not pre-menstrual!
Just having one of *those* days, where I would just like things to be done and easy.......but where I just feel as though I am banging my head against the proverbial brick wall.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Oh, I wish I'd come back on here before now - truly, I know what you mean. Everything is *so* complicated and takes so long........ I'm mucking about on these genealogical websites, and they *say* there's loads on there. The only thing I've actually done is send a photo TO them, of a parish church in Lancashire. And I've been an hour and a half wandering about on there. Enough is enough. Okay, off to put the heat on, to get some hot water, have a cup of tea, and at least tidy up, or do some scanning so I can throw stuff out, **something**. At least you've cooked........2023: the year I get to buy a car0
