No pressure then, KC.....
None at all :rotfl:I always had very dark chestnut hair which is beginning to have rather a lot of natural silver hi-lights in. I've home dyed in the past but I just don't like the texture when it's dyed. I've decided to go with it and let the silver do its thing for a bit - might reconsider when the balance of silver overtakes the chestnut though - but still won't like the texture.

My chestnut died away before I ever went grey..... and now there's no brown eithertexture-wise, its better now than when it was half and half - but on the whole, I'd rather be in my 30s!
I am very dosed up with a cocktail of drugs which are just about making it bearable. However, the combination of no sleep due to weeks of coughing followed by pain everytime I move in bed, combined with drugs with "likely to cause drowsiness" plastered all over the boxes, has led to me being rather like a zombie - even people at work have commented on how tired I look this week......:o
Aargh, Hypno, thats terrible. Your pain levels must be really intense, I'm so sorry you're going through that.
Hiphouse - don't worry about personal questions! But all of this wibbling on about grey hair is all your fault! Its given me some good laughs too - but sorry to hear you've had such medical trauma in your background.
It just never occurred to me to dye my hair, for a long time, but now, well, just seems like one more way of holding back the tide a little longer.
How did this start up anyway??? :rotfl::rotfl:
EDIT - I love that house! And its only twenty grand more than the ordinary suburban semis nicely done up in my road!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
It got a virus, and has had to be taken back to nothing.....except, it won't reload XP.....so at the moment it is worse than useless
The IT guys here have it and keep saying "I'm a bit puzzled"......which doesn't bode well

Good morning Hypno and friends,
Another one with the increasing grey problem. Initially OH used to be helpful and pluck them out when he saw the odd one, but no warning  Now he's given up fortunately.
My hair is dark brown, and in my family we tend to go grey fairly late, so not too much of a noticeable thing yet. I did try a home dye kit, but it just tinted the normal hair and didn't touch the grey, maybe I need to try one specially for grey cover-up (recommendations appreciated).
Sorry to hear the neck is still a problem Hypno.0 -
Tired, tired, tired.....no change there then!
My 30 days on BB has ended.....logged in this morning to find no £5, checked the dates and it is, indeed, a month since I joined, so that's itOH has a few days left, then it is all over

Morning Hypno
Commiserations on the break up of your BB relationshipbut I'm sure there are plenty more fish in the proverbial bingo sea
Hope you're ok - how come you're in pain - will catch p later x0 -
OH got £5 on BB this morning - I saw hiphouse win too.....anyone else?
The pain is as a result of a car accident a couple of years ago......largely it is resolved but from time to time it goes into spasm, and then with long driving sessions, it gets much worse very quickly, and takes a while to settle down again. When it is settled, it is fine. When it is not settled, it is tear enducing.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. They are wary of multiple accounts, but I signed OH up with a different bank account etc and it has been no problem so far and I know that SH has her OH signed up too.
You might want to wait until your 30 days is up simply to avoid the risk of both accounts being shut down if they do suspect you of bonus abuse, but otherwise, it shouldn't be a problem!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
