Thank you for all the birthday wishes - very much appreciated!

Just got back from looking at the sixth form - a very good school, but lots of competition to get in. Also it is a Catholic school and we are not Catholic so I think that goes against us.......however it is the sixth form that all my Norwegian students have been to so I must get some points for that, surely!

Anyway, I think this will be DDs first choice and the school we went to last week a very close second, so that's good. We have another to look at tomorrow evening.

Hope you have all had a good day x

  • Ah, Happy BD. Enjoy what's left of it! Am 40+ myself and feeling and looking (she said, not-so-modestly) better than ever! My thirties were hard hard hard - and this decade by comparison, soooo much better. Feel sure it will be for you too.

Sorry I missed you, I wanted to pop in before work, but didn't have time.
Then Parent's Evening for DD, so after scratching and a fruitless go on BB, here I am.
Hope you managed to celebrate in some way or get to do something for yourself at the weekend xx

I've come to confess....I've just booked a short break......back to Vegas ...Ooops how did that happen ? ;)
On the upside the flights cost me £140 (I used miles) and the hotel is free so may I be absolved please ? ;)

Glad you had a fab day Hypno and that Miss Hypno likes her choices for 6th form
