    Thank you everyone :D

I won £15 on BB this morning, so deposited my £10 and withdrew £25, then played through the "new" bonus £5 that was mentioned yesterday, and won another £5 - so in profit today by £20 - I'm happy enough with that!

My laptop, however, seems to have a virus - have left it to hopefully right itself while I am at work, but everything was veeeerrrry slow this morning, and I didn't even get chance to do my banking or finish the scratchcards

So......I am entering a big year - this time next year I will be 40, and for much of my life I said I would be in my dream house by 40. Obviously, plan B is now in place  and I have had to extend that deadline by a couple of years, but unless anything else goes badly wrong, I should be debt free by 40 and well on the way to bringing down the mortgage.

So, this is the closest I feel to being on the home straight - it HAS to be gone by this time next year......If I can't move house (which I am being realistic about, and just wouldn't be sensible to do this year), then I will certainly enter my next decade with a huge amount of positivity and a greater amount of financial freedom than I entered my 30s (house fell down when I was 29 lol).

    Cheers guys xx
