A late Happy Birthday from me! Hope you had a lovely day.

I thought of you earlier - we pay for our tickets actually on our local trains and I asked the conductor whether she wanted me to pay with cash or debit card, and the answer was .... "chocolate would be nice!".

I know I'm a bit slow in saying this, but fab news about the council tax refund ... and also the ski holiday. Definately grab opportunities like that when they arise.

I'm not doing well with reading the decluttering book. I managed to mislay it and it reappeared yesterday when a pile of papers, magazines, folders and goodness knows what else toppled over and slid off my desk in slow motion. :o

I WILL get the hang of tidying up :D. My office WILL be clutter free and organised by the end of the year.

Am about to embark on College open day/evenings for DS1, he is so laid back about it, where his female friends are all sorted. I guess he's a fully qualified male then !

Flying visit this morning - my laptop is dead.....won't switch on  So I have just borrowed OHs to see if I can at least get scratches done before work.

I will have to take mine in somewhere to get it sorted. It has obviously got a virus, because it kept playing up yesterday......bah!

Catch up later, hope you all have a good day xx

Hope you get the laptop fixed quickly. It was funny at the bank yesterday when we said no to bank email mailshots, as we said we automatically delete all bank emails as junk, I do wonder why they even think it's a sensible idea.

Lets hope your DD gets her first choice, my 2 stayed on where they were so we managed to avoid this stage.

    Have a good day.

Hi Lucielle, I don't think Hypno's going to be on much, because of her laptop dying - I can give you f/b on what I do, at least. I do what you're describing - wait till I've withdrawn the previous lot of winnings before playing with the next bonus. You could always test it with a single ticket - but then, I could have too, and I haven't. Sooner or later, you won't win, and you'll get back to having the full day to withdraw - that happened to me, I withdrew from BB at maybe 10pm yesterday, and have just played today's bonus, and didn't win - so tomorrow, I'm all set to win loads and withdraw straightaway :D

yup, never play while you have "real" money sat in the account - you will soon get into the routine, lucielle!

Won £6.10 on BB this morning and £5 scratch, so worth nicking OH laptop for, although he didn't seem too impressed at the time! I have brought mine into work and hope that the IT guy here can look at it......I hope it is not terminal, but at the very worst, I know it has paid for itself over the years, in MSE work alone!!

se, our school doesn't have a sixth form, so we have to find somewhere.....if we had a sixth form, I am pretty sure she would stay on there.....but as it is we have to go through rounds of open evenings and application forms etc  She has two good choices so far, so hopefully will get into one of those........we are looking at another this evening, but I think that will become third on the list....
