The iron tablets might be out of date actually :o

Does that mean they've gone all rusty

Now thats a concept! I don't know, GG, they're in individual blister thingies, but the expiry is Feb 2008. They should be safe, shouldn't they, rust or not? At least it would be sterile rust.....

It was this year that I ran the marathon........how quickly I have gotten out of the routine!

With this cough there is no way that I will run until is gone. BUT - I hereby pledge that once the cold has gone I will start training for a half marathon in April - one that is very close to my heart, and that I really have no excuses for not doing.

So, there we have it - I am committed. (or should that be "I should be committed"!).

    :T:T:T:T
    Yay - Well Done!
A friend and I have pre-registered for the Great North Run. She is not a runner (but she will be if we get in heheh!:D) and last night said,
"If we get in, do you think we should do a couple of 5k races first?" :rotfl:
    Bless.
Having a race on the horizon is the only way I will get out of bed and on the road.

Great news everyone on KJP! Enjoy your winnings :)

Morning everyone. I'm just in from an 8.5km run :A
I'm glad to hear Cindy came through. I'm just about to log on to bingo to find out whether my £20 withdrawal has been reversed. Wish me luck....

Glad the bingo seems to be sorting itself out. My lurgy has been hanging around for weeks & although a lot better now I'm still coughing occasionally.
