How do I find out what my WR is, DT? I have received 5 RAF bonuses, and my last deposit was £10, so I reckon it should be (£50 + £10) x3 = £180.......

I have emailed "cindy" and asked her, but of course expect no answer  Would live chat tell me, or is that expecting just too much do you reckon

The answer is I don't know I reckon it is pretty much how you calculated it but I dont think you should have to include the deposit amount unless you got a bonus as a result of depositing my email just says 3x bonus but I am playing safe and using the wagering requirement for not losing bbs as I dont want them to look at my account closely and note I have been abusing frees as my wagering requirement was "only" £131 I thought it would be worth doing it - I have only 1 refer a friend bonus so probably could have got away with £30 but I am not risking it because I would really like to keep this account long term.

I didn't get a reply from Cindy

    Hope this makes sense.

HI everyone. I emailed Vera, rather than Cindy, about this and got a reply fairly promptly! I'll paste it below - on secure@kingjackpot.co.uk

    Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note that the wagering requirements showing on your account is a requirement to be met if you want to make a cashin (£50 and over) and not lose BBs.

Then there is another wagering requirement to be met when you earn special promotional bonuses. This wagering was described in my previous e-mail. However, you cannot see this on your account at this moment.

I realize that this may be confusing and we are working towards simplifying these rules for our players.

I have attempted to withdraw £20, which was what I originally deposited, to make sure I don't lose on this. And I haven't had an email saying it was reversed - not yet, anyway!

I've had a chat on live chat....... They say there is no standard for working out your WR, that no one except cindy has access to that information, and that basically life is tough.......

I've been playing through since 6 - wagered 54.50 so far........won three decent amounts, so have a balance of £51 plus £6 bbs showing.

Heaven only knows how much I will have to play before I can withdraw, but I will just keep on playing and apparently cindy will reply to me on Monday......which monday, I don't know :rotfl:

  • Just checked and my withdrawal has been confirmed - I haven't had any refer a friend bonuses but did have a birthday one that messed up my account - I just wagered the required 3x and was able to withdraw again - the random bonus and 50p mini games don't seem to affect the WR.

    HTH

Also lots of people say they only play frees on chat and seem to be able to keep coming back and winning so can't see we will get booted for it

But my withdrawal from yesterday also shows as confirmed! Absolutely ridiculous as they have already reversed it! I will keep playing through this weekend, and maybe by the end of the weekend, I will have played through enough to satisfy them! I won't be adding in any more money of my own just now though

It is my birthday on Monday -presumably if I get a birthday bonus I will be back to square one :rotfl:

I have had an email to confirm my cash in so hopefully it will go through

The birthday bonus they send you a code - so don't enter it!! then you should be ok :rotfl:
