I'm £5 up on BB this morning, so I won't let Cindy worry me too much
go for the run, macgirl - it is a beautiful morning here, and when I was in full running mode, it was the sort of morning that I would be very happy to get my trainers on and get out there.
I could probably manage to get to the bus stop right now :rolleyes:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Yes, I was going to rest my legs, but they'll be getting "rested" for the remainder of the week. So am going to get ready now!
Why don't you join me? Maybe for just a little 10 minutes around the block?
If you ran the marathon last year (or was it this year?) you'll be back in the saddle in no time - go on - you know you'll feel great when you've been!0 -
It was this year that I ran the marathon........how quickly I have gotten out of the routine!
With this cough there is no way that I will run until is gone. BUT - I hereby pledge that once the cold has gone I will start training for a half marathon in April - one that is very close to my heart, and that I really have no excuses for not doing.
So, there we have it - I am committed. (or should that be "I should be committed"!).Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Hmmm..... I still have no clue about the bingo - but if I ever win a free game again, I won't bother depositing, thats for sure - just keep playing until I win enough to withdraw - tho I've never had a RAF bonus (billy no mates, thats me!!!
)..... That company doesn't know what its doing, basically, does it?

Hi KC -I think the company DOES know what it is doing, it is just that it is tightening up on the T&Cs and that up until now we've had it easy! I think its biggest problem is that it is not easy to work out what you have to do to satisfy the WR.......eg on the "withdrawal info" page it will tell you how much you have to wager before you can withdraw without losing bbs, but doesn't tell you how much you can wager before you can just withdraw!
And for there only to be one single person who has access to that information, well that is just not good management in any company! I mean, it is hardly highly sensitive stuff that will do damage to the nation if it gets into the wrong hands!
So, the T&Cs are there - just the conveying of them isn't!
Anyway, banking shows that £5 profit from BB earlier in the week has arrived, as has my casino bonus finally, so a total of £41 free money today
I have to run the kids around a bit and get to tesco, but other than that, I am planning to have a quick whizz round the lounge, then install myself with laptop, lightspeed surveys, and coffee for the majority of the day!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I have put through my withdrawal request for the remaining £20 which she says will be processed on Monday.......so it looks as though it is back to normal for me.
I suspect DT will be the same - as she probably had a smaller wagering requirement then me.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Oh I *like* the sound of that day. I can feel a tickle in my throat, but I have to be out most of the day (okay, I *choose* to be out for most of the day). Tick any or all of the boxes below:
- manuka honey
- probiotic
- multivitamin/multimineral
- vitamin B complex.
- iron tablets
- echinacea.
The iron tablets might be out of date actuallyalong with the multivits, but if I can avoid a lurgy, I will..... sending you positive vibes against yours.
