OK done :T now it's a 15-min a day workout so I have no excuses not to find time for that
Mind you I'd forgotten how much 15 mins of Pilates can hurt :rotfl:

Can i ask does anyone use a slendertone belt? I am very tempted...
I had a slendertone and used it for a couple of months. It did nothing form me. You'll get a far better result from some sit-ups or squats and you can do them for free.
There's a really good program called 200 sit-ups (you'll have to search google as I can't remember the addy) it has a set of difficulties depending on your fitness and it only takes 10 minutes every other day0 -
Hi All, I have returned from Spain
Think the break did me good, but getting up at 6am (Spain time) this morning to get a flight back seems to have undone it. Spent all afternoon siesta-ing. Had a look for some jobs over there. Almost wish I was getting made redundant, then I could go out there now. Will have to see what the summer brings. Will line up some interviews for my next trip over in 8 weeks time.
Thinking I might burn the last of my spending money on a pizza rather than cooking. I know I should put it towards my credit card but I was very frugal while I was away.
Hope you are all ok.0 -

Wow, that would be an exciting move. Do you really think that you could make that change? I think I'd be nervous of leaving everything behind. I've lived abroad temporarily but never thought of doing it permanently - good for you!!!
What kind of thing would you do over there?I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

I'd like to think I'd make the move. My problem is I'm too scared to give up my current job, however, redundancy may be in the offing later in the summer (I work for the NHS, in commissioning) they tell us there won't be any redundancies, but I can't see how.
My view is the universe has a plan for me and it will let me know what it is when its good and ready - i'm just hoping it includes warmer weather!
I'd do anything over there - bar work, cleaning, whatever. I'm not proud, just need to do something to get some money in. My ultimate plan would be to join my family's company over there dealing with business development and marketing (which is what I do now) but the company is at the point that it needs a dedicated person, but doesn't quite generate the turnover for another full time salary. Its a bit chicken and egg - a dedicated person would generate the business for a salary, but it would take a couple of months before we saw the return. So my plan is to go over, get some bar work/secretarial work in the short term and work for the family part time until the turnover can afford me.
Moving over full time wouldn't worry over much as my aunt lives there and theres always some of my family visiting.
Need to get my debts reduced before I go though!0 -
I had a look at that earlier - sounds good to me!
I'm not too bad at situps....problem is the fat over the top of my toned muscles!!I've got my own flat :j:j

Hm. Even the idea of 200 sit-ups scares me already. Maybe I'll try it after a bit more Pilates.
Orangesmartie, that sounds like a fab plan.

Lol, You don't start with 200 sit ups :rotfl:that's where you end
makeup - That's my problem too  I think the only cure for the fat over the lovely toned muscle is dieting and cardio :j0 -
They also do 200 press ups and 200 squats... pretty hardcore! The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha
I'm sorry for the demon I've become but you should be sorry for the angel you are not.0
