  • No one told me Monday night was work out night!

I've been busy packing. My mum is taking me off to visit my aunt in Spain for a week. Yesterday did have an upside after all

Afternoon all, I know I've been quiet again but it's all gone tits up here. The brewery is still not up and running for various reasons so I've been working at Sainsbury on a temp contract, that finished on Saturday and now I'm job hunting again :( My flatmate is still out of work, her dad paid her half of the rent this month so God knows how she is going to pay at the end of Jan. I can't just boot her out as the contract finishes at the end of Feb and I'm moving to a cheaper place, unfortunately that means I can't get a new flatmate just for one month. Me and the gf aren't seeing eye to eye either at the moment so I'm feeling pretty awful and have no motivation to go job searching or sort my life out.

I've lost 1.3kgs (2.89lbs) since last week. Suprised at that considering how many fajitas I've eaten and giving up smoking usually adds some weight too.

MyFitnessPal is a godsend. I advise anyone who is wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle to get on that site and use it.

Was going to post that I'd had a carpy day and I could kick someone about at work, but since I've had a bath and 2 beakers of SOCO feeling better, but I still would love to kick that person at work if they turn in tomorrow.

so I came on here to see the only thing your all doing is gym stuff, and i'm no gymer, I prefer going out walking and going to Castle Hill this weekend, which is a landmark in Huddersfield, don't normally do a lot of walks close to home, but won't have to drive far.

What's everyone else doing this weekend?

I haven't gymned yet either eco, just dieting. My best friend is up at the weekend to see his mum so we're going out after work on Saturday and then I'm off Sunday X

    Morning all :D

My bodyclock is nicely messed up as me and the gf spent most of the day in bed, we made up haha.

I've applied for a whole bunch of jobs which is exciting, got a trial shift at a bar tomorrow (tonight??) which is a good start.

I've been going through the numbers we've been using in our investment document for the brewery and totally revamped them with accurate numbers. That means that now instead of losing £22k in the first year we're making a small profit!

I hope the weight loss is going well for all of you, I'm hoping to be in steady work within 2-3wks so I can afford to join the darn gym!
