Well done amatheya, I'm dreading going back to the gym, I've just walked 4 miles back from asda with heavy shopping ands I'm shattered! God knows what I'll be like after a gym session!

No gym for me this week! Been really busy at work and struggling with a sore throat too. Nothing planned for the weekend, but loads to do if you know what I mean!

Thankyou, sunday today and managed to get to tesco with head like a ton, got tissues and cold remedy and cranberry juice etc. I been ill all day and doubt I will be in work tomorrow, so will lose money for feb pay cause we only get stat sick pay.

Im annoyed cause I have not been off sick for two years.
I guess my body must be run down with the frozen shoulder, op on my thumb and my dad passing on. Im hoping this year will get better.

Im going on a car run at last to the cat and fiddle near macclesfield next sunday so hoping im better by then. would be nice to meet all the fellas there. im due some romance this year.
