I am determined that this year will be the year I get off my sofa and get out and start dating. Was watching that 'Take me out' program on ITV which is terrible- basically blind date revamped but it made me think about how much I want to date and meet someone and be in a relationship. Match.com, here I come!
I am back to no wheat, no dairy as of today. Was diagnosed with lactose intolerance last July and found that I was also better without wheat.
Have been pretty sinful over the xmas period though, cheese, pastries, crumpets, cheesecake etc
Have made a vow to not stray from the rules and eat more fruit and veg.
I also want to lose a few kg and get a bit fitter, just entered the ballot for the Great North Run (half marathon). Fingers Crossed!Debt free as of 2 October 2009

Wow Josephine u are sounding very motivated! I will also be looking to date this year but not right away as I am recently out of a LTR I thought was going to last forever
. Have to look after myself first, get life sorted, do some fun things then will hopefully feel ready. Even just a fling (do ppl still say that?) or two would be nice !!! Good luck with your goals to you and everyone else on here x

Hello all, well I think Im getting a bit better. Actually looking forward to being at work tomorrow. I got £140 to live on till jan 28th. Have asked santander for an extension on the overdraft to £750 but I reckon they will say no. My mum says she can lend me some money but I dont want to ask her really till desperate.
Today I went for my follow up appointment at rochdale for my thumb, he says I just need physio to bend it now. So got physio for shoulder and thumb now!
I want to get back to volunteering for the canal people but I cant until Im properly healed although I would like to go walking again soon but I want to walk in the lakes but wish it would cost less. Petrol etc.
I got ironing to do later but not doing it till its gone dark lol.
I think Ill relax and play lego star wars on the ps2. How exciting a life I lead.
I am going to try and come on here every night posting to keep the thread busy.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230 -
Hi girls, Josephine good for you. I bought my running shoes today and am going to do a 10K in summer. Never done anything like this so quite excited.
I love internet dating, if you need some tips just ask! I don't do relationships but find it really handy for meeting men to do the good bits with. I think so long as you don't take it too seriously/personally it's fine.
South Beach is going fine but I am finding it very expensive to eat this way as usually I eat quite a bit of rice, potatoes etc.
Little Boots enjoy yourself for now and only fling if you can handle it, not everyone can! X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

Thank-you think I just need a confidence boost and the company will be nice too! Not at all interested in getting into a relationship just now so think I'd be okay. Might try the Internet!0 -

Ok girls my brother has just sold my dads 51 reg land rover discovery for £3k cash. He hoped to get £4k.
My mum has said to split between us three including my sister.
My brother has a grand for me in cash.
I dont get paid till 28th this month so struggling already.
I got tesco credit card and I think it may be around the 1,800 mark to pay off.
Stick £300 in my current account and the rest on the credit card and keep paying £57 a month on the credit card so I dont miss it and keep moneysaving?
Im reluctant to shift the balance as earlier in 2010 i was rejected as I was going over my overdraft. I havent been over it since september or even earlier. but not checked. there was an error on the credit report which was amended but it didnt make any difference.
The way I see it is bills are more important than holidays. Not had a holiday since 2008.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230
