Hi Mat, I'm new here but it'll be good to hear your views on things. :). Just don't leave the toilet seat up!

haha my Mother taught me well....well I say taught, when I was at home, I was a lazy little toad as soon as I moved out I turned in to my Mother, not literally, that would be somewhat scary. I turned a little OCD on cleaning and tidying up. I like a clean kitchen to prepare my food and a shiny bathroom to clean myself in. Toilet seats, if there's ladies in the house, I put it down, if it's just me all day long then it'll stay up :p

I did my big trip back in 2008 - 19 months around the world. When I got home I just started entering competitions and lucky I won this trek in Peru and Ecuador. A 3 week trek from Lima to Quito. I managed to get around the max 14 days holiday embargo at work, I told them I had already booked it before I started employment there. It's a 23 day trip all round including flights.

    woohooo !

Good for you Mat. My friend did it 2 years ago. This year she's off to Kilimanjaro. She's brill, single and was very shy but then she called off her wedding and decided to go to India for the summer instead of watching her hen do and wedding days pass her by. Now she goes on a big trip every few years.

Batting my eyelashes at you here love, a clean and tidy man who's my age. Bingo!

I want to head back to New Zealand in a year or two. Made some great friends over there and some of them are getting married so the aim is to get back there when they are having their weddings and of course no trip down under would be complete without a week or two in Oz as well. Shame it just costs sooo much money.

This thread could become very interesting before long ;) not that I am saying it wasn't before hand
