Morning all, had a nice night with tea and biccies at my friends last night and just need to do a few dishes and getting stuff ready for work today. Going to catch up with my friend later but it will have to be very cheap, not a night out cb just a wee pint (or even better she'll come to mine for a cuppa!)

CB I know the ex stuff is hard, I went through it with mine. Ultimately I didn't want to be held back or controlled and we wanted different things but it was still upsetting to speak to him so we stopped and didn't have any contact after a while. You can't change people though and we all deserve to have what we want. Know you can't totally cut yours off but a bit of distance might be good. Take care of you XXX

Also bibbity I know the job stuff is hard, been there applying and looking SO many times but eventually we get there.

    Hello all,

I've washed all the towels today but as it's raining they're all hung on the airer :(

I decided to be brave & try the green sprouty potatoes & chopped them all up & threw them in apot with some onions, a stock cube & seasoning, then added some sweet corn & hey presto ' corn chowder' :). It;s a bit of adisgusting colour as the only onions I had left were red ones & wow did they make me cry, thank goodness for waterproof mascara ;).

I've not lost any more weight this week but have managed to stabilize the 5lb loss for January.

Going to visit my grandmother this afternoon & will try to avoid any food temptations such as the flapjacks I'm taking.

Have to buy some bread on the way home & hoping for another 40p bargain or my £1.60 wont last me til thursday :(

    Hi girls!

I am trying to recover from my night at the chippendales, was fantastic and defo helped me carry on moving on from the guy I was seeing that didn't work.

CB, I split with my ex 7 months ago now and am pretty much over him but I had to stop the contact to do that, not seen or spoken to him in 3 mths now, I changed my number *know you cannot do this* and I am sooooo happy now compared to before and loads happier than when I was with him even though I didn't realise how unhappy I was before we split....

I have emailed him a bit via Facebook and we can sort of talk normally now.

I am a bit of a emo wreck though, taken me a week or so to get over a guy I was only seeing for 4 weeks but think thats cos was first anything since ex of 7 years.....

I do have a date on Wednesday though with a man I have had my eye on match for ages though!!!! :D:D:D

As I suspected I have not lost any weight again:mad:. I don't think I have lost anything at all this month:(. I am not really surprised considering how much I have been eating though:o I will have to make an extra effort this week as I would really like to get to 20lbs by the end of Feb.

I have been lazing around all day:o and really need to make a start on the decluttering, a couple of hours and I should have everything ship shape and hopefully find some more stuff for ebaying along the way:).

    hi sarah

Don't worry about the weight, you were bound to hit a plateau at some point, you had been doing so well. If you have mananged to maintain, that is good in itself and I am sure you will start losing again soon

I have had quite a productive day - had a list going on my diary. Had enough now though, ready for a lazy and pampering evening :D

  • Just got in from Mums, been fed and watered, now ready for bed! Need to get things ready for DD back at school tomorrow first, then I am putting on the ugly truth, getting a cup of tea and my book and going to sleep early.

Managed to get a few grabbits with the BHS glitch on grabbits today, fingers crossed that its all honored!

Evening all, having a lovley time watching DoI but need to get my work bits together.

Lilmiss, glad you had a good night! Guess it's all in how you see it but I wouldn't even think I was seeing someone after a few weeks, just that they were lucky enought to have had me in their bed!

Really enjoyed my tea, chicken thighs in rosemary and garlic with rice. Very good and cheap too. X
