I was at my friends town on Sunday and it was a bit of a revelation, I'm doing the clothes challenge and don't need anything right now so no point hitting the sales, I'm also not buying anymore toiletries til old ones used up - so no point going in Boots or Superdrug, I'm being all healthy eating so can't buy food - there was nowhere left for me to go!!!!

(although I had spent £15 on knitting needles and wool on Saturday so had got in a shopping fix then!)

Am going out for a meal tomorrow night which is my first meal out since New Years so looking forward to it a lot. My friend has a Taste London card which gets you deals (mostly 50% off) so should be bargainous!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Aw one of my lovley gay friends is taking me out for a drink tonight to see if I'm okay after the weekend. What a honey. Not going to FWB's, just can't be bothered. This month has dragged and I need a haircut/tan done etc when I get paid.

On the plus side new laptop comes tomorrow, I am meeting Mum and Dad on Thursday and a lovley FWB is here for a night next week. Also my sister's best mate is bringing her twins up next week on my day off so we can go for lunch. They're completely exhausting but adorable.

Can't wait to get paid so I can pay some bits off and also buy new stuff for work as new discount allocation starts on 1st Feb. Get 75% off and will get stuff that lasts but haven't bought anything for a while and it will be lovely.

Jan always drags in a bit doesn't it? X

  • Thanks for the Facebook comments guys. I'm being daft really, I don't want him so if he's happy I should be pleased. Just hurtful after I got the whole 'I love you, you've hurt me so much, I'm off women forever' speech, and of course they both have gooey couple photos as profile pictures. All very quick for someone so heartbroken!

But hey...had my moan, moved on :)

I'm babysitting at the moment. Got all my ebay parcels posted and library books renewed today. Just need to go into town and get a refund on some River Island items I bought online then my finances will be looking better.

So tired, I can't believe it's only halfway through the week :(

    Hi

I've been salsa dancing tonight. It was fun and I seemed to pick it up quite quickly :)

I should really be in bed, but haven't been in long and don't really do going straight to bed unless I'm drunk, lol. I'm still really tired because my neighbour is so God damn noisy it's untrue!! Actually he's quiet tonight, but last night was a nightmare and he's been doing it for months now :mad: I just want to move!

To top it off, I feel like I've swallowed some broken glass and my glands are all swollen. I feel really rundown. Wish I could afford to go away somewhere, even just for a weekend, but can't.

Gwen - glad salsa dancing went well. I'm feeling run down to at moment, I've got a blocked nose and I can really do without a cold at the moment.

Do you have any friends you could go and visit - could be a cheaper way of a weekend away?

Sorry you're run down too makeup. Get some vitamins into you and take care of yourself.

I have got a weekend away visiting friends planned for Feb, so I can look forward to that. I'm also just about to book myself a long weekend away in Europe for my friends wedding, so that'll be nice, although at present, I have no idea how I'm going to pay for it. Not v.MSE I know!:eek:
