Well it's nice to know I'm not the only one, thanks ladies :A

I'm back to my normal self today and my Mam's fine with me, although I haven't apologised I really should though.

I had never ever thought of taking anything for it so will look into it.

I've just been outside and it's started snowing :j:j It looks lovely, I just hope it's gone by the morning so I can get to work (my last day till 7th Jan :beer:)

Makeup I can't believe you cycled home in a skirt while it was snowing :eek::eek:

Can I sneak back in, as on my own for next two nights.

I sympathise with the period pain and PMT, #I am the most evil person I know. And I hurt LOADS. I'm hoping scary mad GP lady will, a) let me have the Mirena even though I have no kids as I am sick of bleeding and grumping and getting pain/being in pain, and b) refer me for exercise thing for people with depression as that may help me lose weight (which I need to do - got to 4pm, was starving, then started shaking about 6 so had dinner at 7 and wolfed it, and a load of junk)

ETA: worst period pain I had, I was literally screaming in pain, and was sweating so much I fell off the loo

Elfen, I went to local FPclininc as much more sympathetic than evil sadist nurses at GP surgery :mad: I was advised against the mirena due to the hormones involved which could make mood swings worse :eek:. Doc suggested the normal IUD which lasts for 10 years :j maybe not so good if you're very young though ...

Have read all your suggestions on PMT and will deffo do something in the New Year if it's not better on new pill (changed last month as to add to the joys I was also VERY clumsy and broke a mannequin at work!!!) Would get IUD myself as don't want babies anyway but we'll see.
