Worked out I've got about £65 a week after essentials are out. Was thinking of spending £50 a week on 'living' and putting £70 a month to debts?
Just been trying to do my budget for 2010 - I am definately in the 'having a life' school of debt busting!
Mine works out @ £400 per month for everything except bills, debt payments and petrol to work. Food, clothes, shoes , nails  and any entertainment is included in the £400  Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Debt free is so far away for me
That's why I stick to the 'having a life' theory of debt busting

Lol, don't tell me that! I literally have no space in my wardrobe for my shoes anymore!
Well.. will have to have a shoe allowance. I figure there will be at least one pair per season that i'll NEED to buy... not want, NEEDLBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)

Surely you will NEED more than one pair

Surely you will NEED more than one pair

I did say at least
But still... I tend to buy fairly expensive shoes. At $100-$250 a pop, and usually in excess of $180, I think I probably should stick to one pair a season til my C/C is paid off...:rolleyes:LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)
