It wasn't anything controversial I don't think, just the sort of thing your surgery might suggest, but ahving read the rules, I now realise that I did indeed break them.
It takes time to learn all the rules (and I know 'cos I broke this one myself not so long back) so no harm done and the posting helps to bring this to everyone else's attention tooHi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Roasted sounds good ... think i'll try that with half of them.
Rikki, do you have a recipe for a BBQ sauce for the rest, please?
Trish:beer:0 -
I boil belly slices before covering in a BBQ sauce and gently roasting in the oven - makes them lovely and tender....... Works for racks of ribs and chicken legs too........Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Trishh, if you are going to roast them I would search for a recipe you like online as they need specific cooking timings to make the most of them0

Not disgusting - delicious! Try roasted at the bottom of a low oven for a few hours, they are one of the most forgiving cuts of meat so don't worry too much about how long you cook them for. Good in chinese dishes too.

Belly pork....yummy
Its funny because I rarely buy a pork joint but belly pork to me tastes totally different. Make sure they are nice and crispy and you should enjoy them.
I always roast mine and do veggies, roast pots and yorkshires.0
