Within 2 seconds for me. Seemed to do the trick though I'm not sure how. I looked at your google code and it all seemed normal. You want google analytics on. The fact that the 123reg ecom package does not play nice with google analytics screams "run away" to me.
I still maintain that if you are serious about selling online you will need to consider using better ecom software or getting a website developed for you. Your site is lacking is what I consider to be the basics of a successful online shop with respect to optimising it to appear in search engines (I suspect due to the restrictive 123reg ecom package). This means you are going to have to spend a lot of money on online advertising as the stuff that works for free hasn't been done.
You don't even have title tags on your pages
Read up on SEO and consider investing in a proper ecommerce website sometime in the future. You will notice the difference.0 -

The SEO is definitely on our to do list. We designed the site just before the wedding season rush and haven't had a minute to get back to concentrating on the site until now.
We had spent £6000 on a site there which did us for 4 years, but we wanted to have more control ourselves. Although it was a bespoke CMS website, there were certain elements we wanted to change ourselves.
We've actually seen an upturn in sales since the new website went live, hence being completely snowed under over the summer. Once the SEO kicks in, we'll be completely happy with it.
We're working at the minute now on improving the navigation and adding to our portfolio. Plenty to keep us busy!0 -
"Hi im a regular on MSE so please dont take this as spam."
Well gibbyni, 3 pages and not one "Thanks". Too busy I presume.0 -
Ok sorry.... getting suspicious of some posters motives0

It isn't just this site that has seemed to slow down it is happening on Facebook too. When you are used to 'click and go' a 5 second wait can seem ages! You live..You learn.:)0

We don't reply for the thanks otherwise we'd be waiting a long time.
The thanks button was only used by the OP for the first reply, I'm guessing you were referring to not using the thanks button rather than the word.
I think it's personal choice if people use the thanks button or not. Maybe stops you being as helpful as you could be if people don't use it.
Back to the subject. SEO should be top of the list (though you aren't going to get far with 123reg). I did some checking and you really aren't ranking well for the terms that would be bringing in revenue. I can only assume your business is coming locally, people who know of the website or via paid links/adverts as all the online signs say it's not coming from organic search (the cheapest and best form of 'free' online advertising). That's good in a bizarre way as it means you are making the most of everything else so all you have to do is work on the free stuff.
6K for a site where the CMS didn't give you enough control so you opted to use 123reg must have been a bad site and totally overpriced. One thing to note that lots control is good but too much is a bad thing. I've seen good websites ruined by the person who bought the site just making silly changes.
You can get much better deals than that for a site that would fit your purposes well. Do a bit of research yourself before trying to get a new site so you know what questions to ask and what you should be paying and to expect in return.
If you change your site (layout) often it will affect your rankings again. So stick with 123reg until you know you've getting a good new site developed and then switch.
Good luck. Always watch your bounce rate, if it suddenly goes up it's usually a sign that something is wrong with the site.0 -
Yes, I'll say sorry for that comment again. Uncalled for and out of order.
The result of being unwell and getting taken advantage of at work I think and I took it out on poor gibbyni.
Very sorry, I'm not normally rude. Personally I would remove all the buttons!0
