Honestly, some people. That couple were just awful. She was scheming and he was just clueless. It's like property means so much to them, and yet surely their relationship has something else to offer? Phil and Krusty I think their names were.
Lir - will this do? I didn't get around to watching it.
Actually, ther was a really nice moment when one of the couple's offer got accepted, where he kissed her on th forehed and I thought it was sweet.
fingernails, they don't have to be millionaires. They need a deposit and an income to service the debt...if they had a million they could afford a lot more.0 -
Afraid I only watch it on 4od after the kids are asleep. I've never bothered shelling out for a card for my Sky box, so I'll have to wait until it comes onto 4od, which is usually not for a little while after the programme airs. Happy to discuss it with you tomorrow if you like, though.
LOL. Good gal.
( I liked the house the loving couple nearly bought, if i were the richer couple I would have bought that one, cheaper and much nicer than what they bought. I don't care if it was in the wrong place.:D)0 -

What king of money do you have to earn to be able to afford a house for 625k? If you had a deposit of say 30-50 thousand? About 70k a year?Hawt gal :heartpuls0 -

Why a deposit of 30-50k?
People reach the amounts they need in different ways. e.g our deposit is more than 50k, DH's salary this year is lower than 50k. Perhaps one of their parents died leaving somthing to boost adeposit?
(not that my eyes didn't water at the prices for those houses, especially the more expensive house that was bought....I don't really ''get that''.)
If I were a millionaire, much as mewbie might get cross with me, we'd probably buy a house for more than a million, adding what we can borrow now to the million....but thats just us.0
