It was in mine as well, ask them to check and to print out a new ticket.
I got lucky, the lady was very helpful and stated her store was updating prices today. She actually checked the update prices on her little machine and showed the £400.

I still don't get why they're selling these off so cheap. They could sell them for a couple of hundred quid more and they'd still go in a few days.

For anyone who's grabbed one and also got Sky, the remote code is 0000.

Seriously, we asked at the Sony Centre a while back about different models and we bought the Sony 32" V model last December (John Lewis deal) and we were told that the W model was the best.
Some of the other models, although Sony, don't have the Bravia engine.
