Surely theres no such thing as 'No Credit Checks' On a financial product that offers a credit facility ? As all lenders have to search to verify identification and wether the applicant is bankrupt or on a IVA ?

Actually, there is. And it is legal to borrow when bankrupt or in an IVA, and if you're borrowing under £500, you don't even need to volunteer the information to the lender that you're bankrupt.

This is the market that lenders like Provident Home Finance target.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! ther are not a credit card company, they give you credit of £5000 to buy goods from there company. one off fee £99.99 and if you cancell £14.99 fee. there are based in the states but have a company at : 2 minton place, victoria road, bicester, oxfordshire. 0x26 6qb there is no phone number in the uk, the only number available is 0808 2342355. hope this helps,,

Thanks for this - I have just been scammed myself this afternoon. I e-mailed them back to cancel, requesting return of monies and confirming that I will fix them with all costs in the matter if I have to issue small claims proceedings.
I also sent a letter in the same terms to the address in Bicester and one to my bank telling them to stop any payments to this outfit. I copied myself into the e-mail sent to these crooks but it didn't arrive - would you have an e-address?
