So has the almighty Martin even attempted to apologise for his part in this MONEY LOSS for thousands of people?

why is martin getting the blame!?

it's the abusers that brought the policy down....some people on here need to hang their heads in shame for continually promoting the mag and pedegree mocs.....

I agree that the abusers helped ruin things, but the responsibility lies with the scammers/forgers who allegedly passed over 100s of the things.

Loads of folks on here used the vouchers. I used 2 of the £6.89 ones but was happy to tell other users where to find the info when they asked.

I gave the info twice - the second time

As Tesco couponning draws to a close (at least for a trial), nice that we can finally reach some common ground;)

ok folks,,,start using up your pedigrees ......the ban won't be far off ......there is a pedigree coupon for £6.89, but tesco do NOT STOCK the 15kg bag, and certainly wouldn't sell THAT many of them, if it IS in some obscure store beside a kennels:rolleyes:

However, with it being on smart coupon:eek:, you can bet that thousands of them are already in circulation.....
after the Huggies smart coupon, I think we can expect Pedigree to cut their losses soon and stop the coupons or go to couponnet.

Pedigree were warned, smart coupon were warned, but by that point, it was already too late, IMHO:confused:. Just a shame that some folk thought it wise to keep offering the link.

At least some of us can, hand on heart, say they didn't help bring the policy down with promoting or using the high value magazine and pedigree coupons.

Good luck folks.....I hope your stores accept something,coupon-wise, in the future...VC bowing out for a while:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:
It's nice to be nice .....

Popped to my local T's yesterday and the place was rammed as on any normal Saturday, so it unfortunately doesn't look like many are boycotting as yet.

Also went to a local Waitrose and spoke to a deputy manager and they were lovely and took twice as many coupons as I'd normally pass over in T's.

    So swings and roundabouts.

  • Ever since I first discovered this forum, and couponning etc, it seemed obvious that one of these days, sooner or later, it would all come to an end. IMHO I think its the gangs using masses of coupons that have stirred it all up. However, even before that, we constantly had the so-called coupon police constantly on at everyone not to do this or that which they percieved would compromise coupon usage - a total waste of time, as its really up to everyone individually what they do. Using so called 'no-no' coupons, going back around, splitting shopping - why is this more likely to end things than constantly getting onto Customer Services asking for emails re the policy or complaining if coupons weren't taken? In the days of R&R, the ones who 'thrashed' it were regarded as heros (until that all crashed as well), and similarly the one or two posters who had endless health & beauty leaflets, and boasted non-stop about it - they probably contributed to that coming to an end as well. The moral of the story seems to be grab it while you can...
